• Industry/ Organization Type: Manufacturer for Semi-Con Industry
• Position Title: Sales Application Engineer / Executive – Metal Cutting Tools
• Working Location: Seletar (Islandwide)
• Working Hours: 5 days (Mon-Fri: 8am-5.30pm)
• Salary Package: Basic + VB
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products based on their applications
• Provide technical advice on metal cutting tools such as inserts, end mills, drills, and taps
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including manufacturers and suppliers
• Keep updated on product features, specifications, and applications
• Analyse customer requirements and suggest suitable cutting tool solutions
• Prepare technical proposals and quotations

• Minimum Higher Nitec or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, CNC Machining, or related field
• At least 2–3 years of experience in technical sales or engineering, preferably in manufacturing or related industries
• Good understanding of metal cutting tools and their applications
• Knowledge of tool materials and coatings is an advantage
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly
• Good problem-solving skills and ability to provide effective solutions
