Job Description

• Industry/ Organization Type: Manufacturer for Semi-Con Industry
• Position Title: Sales Application Engineer / Executive – Metal Cutting Tools
• Working Location: Seletar (Islandwide)
• Working Hours: 5 days (Mon-Fri: 8am-5.30pm)
• Salary Package: Basic + VB

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Promote and sell cutting tools, inserts, tool holders, and related accessories.
• Understand customer machining needs and recommend suitable tooling solutions.
• Visit customers to discuss machining and tooling requirements when needed.
• Provide technical support and assist with tooling trials and applications.
• Prepare quotations, follow up on enquiries and orders, and work towards sales targets.
• Coordinate with suppliers on product availability, delivery schedules, and technical matters.
• Stay updated on cutting-tool products and market trends.

• Diploma / Nitec / Higher Nitec in Mechanical, Precision Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
• Experience in cutting-tool sales is an advantage but not required.
• Candidates with CNC machining or precision engineering experience are welcome to apply.
• Basic knowledge of CNC machining, cutting tools, and engineering drawings.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude, self-motivated, and willing to learn.
