Print, POSM & Creative Production Solutions

If you have spent years in print sales and want more ownership over the clients and projects you manage, this may be worth exploring.

Our client is an established local print and creative production company with a small, experienced sales team. The work goes beyond standard commercial print and includes large-format graphics, POSM, retail displays, promotional products and customised branding projects.

What makes the role different?

You will not simply receive orders and pass them to production.

You will work directly with clients from the initial brief and quotation through production, problem-solving and final delivery. You will also have direct access to an experienced General Manager who understands the industry, welcomes ideas and gives the team room to manage their accounts independently.

As part of a smaller team, your contribution will be visible, and you will have greater involvement in how accounts are developed and projects are delivered.

What you will handle

  • Develop new B2B clients and grow existing accounts
  • Advise clients on suitable print, POSM and branding solutions
  • Prepare quotations and negotiate commercial terms
  • Coordinate with design, pre-press, production and logistics
  • Manage projects from enquiry through completion
  • Identify opportunities to expand account revenue

Who would fit well?

  • At least 5 years of B2B sales experience
  • Background in commercial printing, large format, POSM, signage, packaging, labels, promotional products or visual merchandising
  • Good understanding of print materials, production and finishing
  • Proven experience in business development and account management
  • Independent, commercially minded and comfortable managing clients end to end

Monday to Friday, 9am–6pm
Transport allowance + Fuel card + mobile allowance + Quarterly commission
Title can be considered according to experience
