We’re looking for a Sales Consultant who’s confident, customer-focused, and enjoys helping people feel good about themselves. Someone who is warm, well-spoken, organised, and able to guide clients through their beauty and self-care journey with clarity and care.

What You’ll Do

• Welcome customers and build genuine rapport.
• Conduct face/body consultations using structured assessment methods.
• Recommend suitable treatment plans based on customer goals.
• Follow up with clients and track their progress through notes and photos.
• Handle sales in a calm, confident, and professional manner.
• Work closely with the team to ensure a smooth customer experience.
• Maintain service standards, protocols, and accuracy in records.

What We’re Looking For

• At least 3 years’ experience in beauty, wellness, spa, retail, or hospitality.
• Strong communication skills and able to explain clearly.
• Naturally service-oriented, empathetic, and reliable.
• Goal-driven with good follow-through.
• Comfortable using digital tools for appointments and notes.
• Singaporeans and PRs are welcome to apply.
