Responsibilities

• Support regional sales teams in achieving sales and marketing objectives.
• Process and manage purchase orders received from distributor partners.
• Consolidate and maintain monthly purchase order submissions from distributors.
• Calculate, process, and track monthly sales rebates and claims.
• Monitor statements of account and provide timely status updates.
• Prepare weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly sales performance reports.
• Provide administrative support for business planning and budgeting activities.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders, including Sales, Logistics, Customer Support, Finance, Accounting, and Management, to resolve operational matters and support sales execution.
• Assist in the coordination and administration of regional marketing activities and events.
• Maintain effective relationships with distributors and internal stakeholders.
• Provide team coverage and support ad hoc projects as assigned.

Requirements

• Diploma in Business, Logistics & Supply Chain Management or any relevant field.
• 2 to 3 years of experience in sales administration, order processing, customer service support or international trading.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel for calculations, analysis, and reporting.
• Experience with SAP is an added advantage.
