Job Scope
Coordination / Negotiation with internal & external parties (customers / supplier & freight forwarders etc)
Daily shipment arrangement (PO generating / sending, SAP input, sailing schedule arrangement / Invoice & BL checking etc)
Supplier and customer management (Order backlog & Forecast management)
May be required to travel on case-by-case basis
Cost Analysis (Awareness of cargo cost and logistics cost)
Requirements:
Diploma/ Degree Holder with at least 3 years of relevant experience.
Candidates must be comfortable with working overtime when required and overseas travel (ASEAN).
Candidate must have knowledge and experience in using incoterms
Candidate must have experience issuing/generating high volume of Purchase Orders (POs) – min 50 POs/ week
Candidate must have experience liaising with forwarders for overseas shipments (i.e. import and export)
