Responsibilities:
Oversee daily trucking operations, including job allocation, route planning, and coordination with drivers, customers, and depots
Monitor vessel schedules and container movements to ensure timely delivery and minimise delays
Manage fleet utilisation and capacity, including engagement of external hauliers when required
Maintain job records and support billing for operational activities
Supervise drivers and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements
Track operational performance and identify areas for improvement
Support cost control initiatives and improve efficiency in routing, scheduling, and resource utilisation
Handle operational issues and ensure timely resolution
Maintain relationships with clients and partners, and support business growth initiatives
Perform ad hoc duties as required
