As a Sales Coordinator (West), you will be responsible for the following duties:

• To perform data entry accurately on the system
• To process confirmed orders and ensure all data entry are done correctly
• To generate job orders for issue to production timely
• Liaise with the relevant operations department on job order progress till readiness for delivery
• Liaise with customers on delivery arrangement
• To maintain proper filing system and ensuring data are up-to-data
• Any other ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirement:

• Possess an ITE or Diploma

• With 2 - 3 years of relevant experience
