Job Description

• Position Title: Sales Engineer
• Working Location: Central Region
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:30pm

Key Responsibilities

• Meet condominium owners, MCST councils, and managing agents to understand upgrading and additional requirements.
• Conduct site visits and recommend suitable solutions based on client needs and building requirements.
• Promote solutions such as Intercom, Access Control, CCTV, Carpark Systems, LPR, QR/Mobile Access, Visitor Management Systems, and Facial Recognition.
• Conduct product demonstrations and identify potential estate improvement opportunities.
• Coordinate site surveys, quotations, installations, and project follow-ups.
• Manage and promote subscription upgrades for platforms such as iPlus and Genio360.
• Present new digital modules and educate clients on product features and benefits.
• Maintain strong client relationships and act as the main post-handover contact.
• Follow up on leads, provide project updates, and coordinate internal support.
• Prepare proposals, documentation, and maintain updated estate records.
