Job Description

• Working Hours: 5 days (Mon – Fri, 9.00am – 6.00pm)
• Salary Package: Basic salary up to $5,000 + Commission + Variable Bonus

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities for the Enterprise Secure Workspace solution by promoting Smart Form and Smart Sign solutions and their benefits in improving business processes and efficiency.
• Identify and develop sales opportunities with organisations that use extensive forms, approval processes, onboarding procedures, or document workflows where digital solutions can improve productivity and reduce costs.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including Operations, Digital Transformation, IT, business teams, and process management teams.
• Conduct customer discussions to understand business needs and develop solutions that improve efficiency, reduce costs, speed up processes, and enhance compliance and customer experience.
• Deliver product presentations and demonstrations and work with pre-sales and product teams to support trials and evaluations.
• Prepare sales proposals, return-on-investment (ROI) models, pricing details, and responses for RFP/RFI requirements, and manage commercial discussions to close deals.
• Develop and manage relationships with channel partners, system integrators, and resellers to expand business opportunities.
• Maintain accurate sales pipeline, forecasts, and customer information in the CRM system, and provide regular sales updates.
• Represent company at industry events, seminars, and customer meetings.
• Keep updated on digital transformation, e-signature, workflow automation trends, and relevant regulations such as Singapore’s Electronic Transactions Act and PDPA.

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum 5 years of B2B enterprise sales experience with a proven track record in achieving sales targets for software or IT solutions.
• Experience selling solutions such as e-signature, digital forms, workflow automation, business process management (BPM), low-code platforms, content services, document management, or enterprise SaaS solutions.
• Existing business network within financial services, insurance, government, or other industries that require strong process management solutions in Singapore and the region.
