About the Role

We are seeking a caring and service-minded individual to join our team. We are specializing in memorial products such as urns, keepsake jewelry, and remembrance items. In this role, you will guide families with empathy, helping them make meaningful choices while providing professional and heartfelt support.

• Provide warm and personalized assistance to customers in selecting memorial products.
• Build trust and foster long-term customer relationships through attentive service.
• Handle sales inquiries and appointments with sensitivity and professionalism.
• Manage follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and continued engagement.
• Contribute to a supportive and compassionate environment for families and team members alike.

Requirements

✅ No prior experience needed (training provided)
✅ Possess Class 3 driving license
✅ Compassionate, empathetic, and good at building rapport with customers

Additional Information

📍 Location: Jurong East (10 mins by bus from MRT)
🕒 Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Saturday: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM

💰 Gross Salary: Up to $4,000 – $5,000 per month💰
