Sales Manager
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Drive sales and marketing for full range of semiconductor equipments.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue, margin, and growth targets.
• Manage and expand key customer accounts (foundries, IDMs, OSATs, OEMs, distributors).
• Identify and secure new business opportunities in front-end/back-end semiconductor processes, advanced packaging, and emerging technologies (e.g., SiC, GaN, AI/5G applications).
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular meetings, presentations, and technical discussions.
• Collaborate with internal engineering and product teams to deliver customer-driven solutions.
• Lead contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and closure of sales opportunities.
• Monitor and report on market and competitive intelligence, including customer technology roadmaps, competitor strategies, new entrants, products, capabilities, and customer feedback.
• Prepare and maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipelines, CRM updates, and periodic performance reports.
• Represent the company at trade shows, technical seminars, and industry conferences.
• Support sales within the Asia region as required.
  

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Diploma/Degree in Engineering or Marketing, with additional sales management training preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of semiconductor equipment sales experience (preferably in back-end processes).
• Familiarity with fab and OSAT workflows, qualification processes, and CapEx planning cycles.
• Established customer network, especially within packaging, assembly, and test houses.
• Strong organizational, communication, and presentation skills.
• Problem-solving attitude and ability to work independently.
