Job Description

  • Position Title: Sales Manager (Beauty & Aesthetic)
  • Working Location: Central Region
  • Working Hours: 5-days work week (8 days off a month) | 10am-8pm (weekend 10am-7pm)
  • Salary Package: Basic + Commission + Performance Bonus (Gross $6,000 onwards)
  • Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

  • Build strong relationships with customers by providing excellent customer service.
  • Provide beauty advice and consultations to understand and meet customer needs.
  • Guide and lead consultants and therapists to ensure quality services and treatments are delivered.
  • Manage daily branch operations, including staff matters, sales targets, and promotions.
  • Handle customer complaints and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
  • Encourage teamwork and clear communication to maintain a positive work environment.
  • Meet sales targets and contribute to the branch’s monthly sales goals.
  • Take part in marketing activities and campaigns arranged by HQ.
  • Ensure treatment and consultation rooms are clean, well-maintained, and suitable for customers.
  • Review and improve daily work processes to support smooth operations.
  • Represent the store and brand in a professional and positive manner.
  • Carry out ad-hoc duties as assigned by management.
