About the Role

We are looking for an experienced commercial leader to manage and develop a team of Medical Sales Representatives covering pharmaceutical skincare and oral health & wellness products.

This is a hands-on field leadership role suited to someone who enjoys being close to customers, coaching sales representatives, building new accounts and driving sustainable sales growth across doctors, clinics and healthcare professionals.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and motivate a team of Medical Sales Representatives to achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
• Drive new account acquisition across doctors, clinics and healthcare customers.
• Grow existing accounts through structured account planning, relationship management and increased product adoption.
• Conduct regular field coaching and joint customer visits to strengthen selling, negotiation and account-management capabilities.
• Monitor sales performance, territory coverage and individual KPIs, and implement corrective actions where required.
• Guide the team in planning and executing customer activities that support product awareness and sales growth.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key doctors, healthcare professionals, clinic owners and decision-makers.
• Ensure effective follow-up and development of newly acquired accounts to drive repeat business and long-term customer value.
• Oversee accounts receivable and payment collection in partnership with Sales and Finance teams.
• Lead participation in medical workshops, conferences, product launches and customer engagement activities.
• Monitor market and competitor developments and translate insights into practical commercial opportunities.
• Partner with Marketing, Finance and other internal stakeholders to achieve overall business objectives.
