Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within assigned markets and key accounts

  • Provide technical consultation and solution proposals to customers based on their requirements

  • Work closely with engineering, production, and supply chain teams to ensure feasibility and timely delivery

  • Prepare and present technical proposals, quotations, and cost breakdowns

  • Support customers throughout the project lifecycle—from initial concept to mass production

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and suppliers

  • Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and technical discussions with clients

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities

  • Participate in negotiations, contract discussions, and project execution planning

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in electronics manufacturing, battery systems, or industrial solutions

  • Familiarity with BOM costing, product design, or supply chain processes

  • Experience working with regional or international customers

  • Knowledge of CRM tools and sales reporting

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical or related field)

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in technical sales, application engineering, or project engineering

  • Prefer strong understanding of engineering concepts, manufacturing processes, or electronic components

  • Energetic, proactive, and results-driven personality

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

  • Ability to bridge technical and commercial discussions effectively

  • Strong problem-solving and customer-oriented mindset

  • Willingness to travel when required
