Aramco Trading was established as Saudi Aramco’s trading arm in 2011 under the approval of Saudi Aramco’s Board of Directors. It established its headquarters in Al-Midra Tower in Dhahran, Saudi Arabia and have 4 other global offices in London, Singapore, Dubai and America. The company trades across the barrel including Crude, Middle distillates, Light distillates, bulk petrochemicals, polyolefin and recently clean energy like LNG, Emission and Biofuels.
Aramco Trading Singapore (ATS) is the largest subsidiary out of the kingdom and is actively trading within the region and globally across all products since 2018.
The Function:
Globally headed in Dhahran, Saudi Arabia, the IT department helps to support all departments within the Aramco Trading entities with troubleshooting of any system issues.
As an SAP Finance Expert, candidate will evaluate and recommend finance architectural solutions in Aramco Trading group corporate solutions. As an employee, you will understand the high-level business requirements and translate them into SAP finance solutions. This role requires a broad understanding of SAP Financial Accounting and Managerial Accounting solutions along with Central Finance and Group Reporting. The best candidate for this role must bring a good knowledge of SAP business models and solid level of professional experience within finance, have a proactive approach, results and execution-oriented profile, flexibility to handle diverse and cross topics, and ability to influence and work with senior leadership.
Key Accountabilities:
· SAP consulting experience including customer facing implementations, roll outs & expert advisory assignments in S/4HANAenvironment
· Candidate would be expected to independently work as an expert in the financials domain
· Ability to lead a team of consultants and underwrite solution delivery without escalations
· Candidate would be expected to participate in customer workshops and manage scope and customer expectations
· Issues will be raised and assigned from any desk depending on work load
· Analyze business processes including root cause analysis and technical performance optimization
· Willingness to learn and upskill in new areas of SAP and deliver on these areas
· Participates in internal projects driven by internal requirements
· Participates in Backoffice and de-escalation support activities
· Train new employees about commodity management modules
Requirements:
· Expertise in Finance Best Practices including demos and test scripts
· Expertise in configuration and implementation of Financial Accounting (FI) and Managerial Accounting (CO)
· Expertise in Fiori Apps
· Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead customer engagements at an executive level
· Excellent interpersonal skills in areas such as teamwork, facilitation, and negotiation
· Strong written, verbal communication and presentation skills; ability to present and discuss strategies and technical information in a manner that establishes rapport, persuades others, and establishes understanding for technical and non-technical audiences
· Certification in SAP S/4HANA Finance 1909 or higher
· Hands on experience in any 3 of the following areas of Financial Supply Chain Management (FSCM – Credit Management, Collections/Disputes), Treasury, Cash Management (Cash Flows, Inhouse Cash) ,FICA and Advanced Product costing, Advanced Profitability, Financial Consolidation/Reporting, Central Finance and IFRS 15/16 know how would be an added advantage
· Working knowledge of Group Reporting, SAC Planning, Receivables Management, and Document Reporting and Compliance
· Must have deep understanding of basic FICO processes covered or related to AR, AP, GL, AA, IO, CCA, Integration, tax processes etc.
· Experience in integration with SAP Application areas, preferably Oil and Gas, such as Sales and Distribution (SD), Materials Management (MM), Production Planning (PP), and Inventory Management.
Education and Qualifications/Skills and Competencies:
· Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Project Management or Business Administration with more than 5 years of SAP consulting experience in Finance & Controlling besides a good understanding of business processes
· Strong organizational, prioritization, and multitasking skills with a result-driven profile
· Excellent communication, verbal and writing competencies to successfully interact with colleagues
· Leadership and team spirit. Ability to lead and coordinate by being influential across the organization, collaborate in multiple Finance topics and understand complex frameworks
· Analytical skills and attention to details
· Knowledge of Finance, Controlling and Commercial Finance processes are a plus
· Proficiency in MS Office, PowerPoint and Excel skills required.
· A minimum of 5 years SAP consulting experience with at least 2 years in Finance
· A minimum of 2 end-to-end implementations using SAP Activate methodology
