We are seeking an experienced SAP FICO (Finance and Controlling) Consultant with proficiency in HANA (High-Performance Analytic Appliance) technology to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of SAP FICO modules and a strong understanding of HANA database concepts. This role involves collaborating with clients to implement, customize, and optimize SAP FICO solutions integrated with HANA for enhanced performance and reporting capabilities.

Responsibilities:

1. Solution Design and Implementation: Design, configure, and implement SAP FICO solutions tailored to meet client requirements, ensuring alignment with best practices and business objectives.
2. HANA Integration: Utilize expertise in HANA technology to integrate SAP FICO modules with HANA database, leveraging its in-memory computing capabilities for accelerated data processing and real-time analytics.
3. Customization and Enhancement: Customize SAP FICO functionalities as per client needs, including configuration of financial accounting, management accounting, asset accounting, and other relevant modules. Implement enhancements to optimize system performance and usability.
4. Data Migration and Conversion: Lead data migration initiatives, ensuring seamless transition of financial data from legacy systems to SAP FICO integrated with HANA. Develop data conversion strategies and execute data cleansing and validation activities.
5. Reporting and Analytics: Develop comprehensive financial reports and analytics using SAP HANA Studio or similar tools, leveraging HANA's advanced analytical capabilities for generating insights and supporting decision-making processes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as an SAP FICO Consultant, with proven expertise in configuring and implementing SAP FICO modules.
• Extensive experience with SAP HANA technology, including HANA database administration, data modeling, and SQL scripting.
• Strong understanding of finance and accounting principles, coupled with hands-on experience in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
• Proficiency in SAP FICO sub-modules such as General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Controlling (CO), and Asset Accounting (AA).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and propose effective solutions.
• SAP certifications in FICO and HANA are highly desirable.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance implementation is a plus.
