Job Summary

As a Senior Architectural Coordinator, you will lead architectural supervision and coordination on major HDB projects, ensuring smooth project execution through effective stakeholder collaboration and rigorous control of specifications, costs, and schedules.

Responsibilities

• Supervise architectural works on site to ensure compliance with project specifications and quality standards
• Coordinate with subcontractors and clients to align project objectives and resolve issues promptly
• Review project specifications, construction drawings, and technical clarifications to support accurate execution
• Manage cost control, work scheduling, material requisitions, and project documentation to maintain project timelines and budgets
• Liaise with Site Engineers, Consultants, Architects, and Suppliers to facilitate seamless communication and coordination
