The team is regularly engaged in cross border commercial dispute resolution matters involving international clients and, in particular, in the Asia Pacific region.

Job Requirements

• Qualified Advocate and Solicitor of Singapore (admission to other common law jurisdictions will also be considered).

• 5 to 17 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) with solid exposure in litigation and/or arbitration.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Responsible, meticulous and motivated.

• Ability to manage complex and high value litigation and arbitration matters independently and as a team.

• Able to read and communicate in Chinese would be an added advantage but proficiency in business or legal Chinese is not required.

• Self-motivated with a proactive and positive attitude.
