Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Consultant - UAT responsible for driving end-to-end User Acceptance Testing activities across multiple markets for core banking releases, ensuring alignment of test planning, execution, defect management, and business readiness. The role involves close coordination with business users, country leads, IT, and PMO teams to deliver seamless UAT execution for corporate banking products including Lending, Trade Finance, Payments, and Treasury.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage end-to-end User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities across multiple markets, ensuring alignment with project timelines and release milestones.
• Coordinate with business users, operations teams, IT, and stakeholders to define UAT scope, prepare test scenarios, and ensure execution readiness.
• Monitor daily UAT execution including defect tracking, issue resolution, retesting, progress reporting, and sign-off management.
• Facilitate effective communication between business and technology teams through UAT meetings, status updates, risk management, and escalation handling.
• Prepare UAT dashboards, status reports, and stakeholder updates while ensuring operational readiness and smooth transition during project go-live and cutover activities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a similar field.
• Minimum 5 - 8 years of banking industry experience in core banking systems with UAT experience is mandatory. Overall not more than 15 years’ experience.
• Experience in coordinating UAT cycles for large scale regional programs in multi country / complex environments is required
• 3 years of consulting experience, preferably in large scale projects is a plus.
• Domain knowledge in corporate banking products: Lending, Trade Finance, Payments, Treasury, Deposits is preferred.
• Experience with core banking systems such as Oracle Flexcube, Finastra GPP, ACBS, Murex, or Trade360 is a plus.
