[What the role is]
The Senior Executive of the Student Development & Recognition Department works closely with the ITE Colleges and HQ Divisions to coordinate the support services for ITE students. He / She reports to an Assistant Director.[What you will be working on]
The appointed candidate will be assigned duties and responsibilities within this scope of work:
Overseeing the provision of student services in ITE, including student benefits and student care services such as initiatives to provide additional support to students-at-risk.
Liaise with Colleges in documenting, tracking, monitoring and reporting (including collation of relevant data) of students’ cases.
Collaborating with relevant stakeholders (e.g. departments within ITE, government and community agencies) to provide holistic care and support to students.
Processing and managing student records in ITE’s student administration system.
Other student areas to be assigned include policies and prgrammes related to student development and recognition.
