As part of a dynamic Polyclinic Management Team, you'll work alongside cross-functional teams to keep daily clinic operations running smoothly, efficiently, and with excellence at every touchpoint. What You'll Be

Doing

• Support the Manager in coordinating and planning clinic activities, manpower utilisation, and resource allocation for cost-efficient, effective operations
• Oversee day-to-day administrative functions including staff scheduling, patient flow management, inventory, and facility upkeep
• Drive the rollout of new healthcare initiatives and contribute to service excellence and continuous improvement efforts
• Plan and implement strategies and work process improvements in close collaboration with clinical, nursing, allied health, diagnostics, and other service teams
• Partner with colleagues across other workgroups, polyclinics, or HQ on manpower planning, training and development, digital transformation, policy and workflow design, new clinic development, and emergency preparedness
