Senior Executive / Assistant Manager, Strategic Planning & Development – Healthcare

An established healthcare organisation is looking for a Senior Executive / Assistant Manager to support strategic planning, service development and key initiatives. This role offers good exposure to planning work, cross-functional projects and engagement with multiple healthcare stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the development and implementation of strategic plans, workplans and key healthcare initiatives

• Conduct research, environmental scans and data analysis to support service planning and development

• Assist in reviewing current services, identifying gaps and recommending areas for improvement

• Coordinate and drive projects involving multiple internal and external stakeholders

• Track project milestones, deliverables and key performance indicators

• Analyse operational and programme data and translate findings into actionable insights

• Prepare management papers, proposals, reports and presentation materials

• Support workgroups, meetings and stakeholder discussions

• Coordinate partnerships and initiatives with relevant healthcare stakeholders

• Support other strategic and service development projects as required

Requirements

• Degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Life Sciences or a related discipline

• Relevant experience in strategic planning, healthcare operations, service planning, project/programme management or healthcare administration will be advantageous

• Healthcare/public sector experience will be an added advantage

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Good writing and presentation capabilities

• Strong stakeholder management and project coordination skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

• Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities
