Our client is a multinational company in the Facilities Management industry. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for an Senior Facilities Coordinator to join their Property Management team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in the Central – easily accessible.

The Senior Facilities Coordinator's responsible is:

• Oversee daily facilities and back-of-house operations to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.
• Manage preventive and reactive maintenance activities, including work orders, inspections and minor improvement projects.
• Coordinate multiple vendors, including purchase orders, billing, SLA compliance and performance monitoring.
• Liaise with building management and relevant stakeholders on facilities, maintenance and technical matters.
• Monitor HSSE compliance, manage incident reporting and coordinate emergency response procedures.
• Support event-related facilities arrangements, including vendor coordination, setup and post-event reinstatement.
• Maintain accurate facilities records and reports, including PPM status, operational performance, budgets and billing.

Requirement

• Minimum 5–7 years of relevant facilities management experience, preferably in a corporate office or commercial environment.
• Experienced in vendor management, preventive maintenance, HSSE compliance and operational coordination.
• Good knowledge of building systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing and fire safety; CMMS experience is an advantage.
• Proficient in MS Office and SharePoint, with good exposure to budget tracking, reporting and documentation.
