Job Description & Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Executive, you will serve as a primary pillar for our day-to-day flight support operations, balancing high-touch luxury customer service with meticulous aviation compliance. You will mentor junior executives and drive operational safety across the department.

·       Premium Flight Coordination & Concierge : Serve as the lead point of contact for complex, high-net-worth client requests, membership flights, and private aircraft operators. Coordinate closely with the Ramp team for elite customer meet-and-greet services.

·       Operational Control & Dispatch Logistics: Lead the coordination of end-to-end logistics for private aircraft flight movements. Monitor flight progress actively, assist pilots with ground requirements, and keep clients seamlessly updated via professional communications.

·       Aviation Compliance & Admin: Oversee and review pre-flight paperwork, ensuring all mandatory airport and flight documentation is flawlessly prepared for the flight crew. Ensure full adherence to all Seletar Airport authority and aviation security mandates.

·       Safety & Quality Leadership: Act as a key member of the company's Safety Action Group. Assist with operational audits and inspections, proactively identify hazards, and champion a positive safety and quality culture framework.

·       Issue Resolution & Scheduling: Handle and resolve intricate customer complaints or operational disruptions in a calm, highly professional manner. Partner with the Flight Operations Manager to oversee daily roster scheduling and administrative workflows.

•          Assist in various other administrative or operational duties as directed by Management

Job Requirements

·       Experience: Minimum 2–4 years of experience in Flight Operations, FBO Operations, Aviation Hospitality, Ground Handling, or a high-end Luxury Concierge environment.

·       Licensing: A valid Class 3 driving license is mandatory with a completely clean driving record.

·       Aviation Mindset: Meticulous, proactive, and deeply committed to a strong safety and compliance mindset.

·       Availability: Willingness to support a 5-day / 44-hour work week with the flexibility to handle varied shifts, including weekends, public holidays, nights, and a 24/7 on-call rotation based on flight movements.

·       Soft Skills: Exceptional interpersonal, crisis-management, and English communication skills. Possesses a pleasant, welcoming, and polished personality suited for elite clientele.
