Preferred Qualifications

Candidates with the following experience will be given preference:

• Overseas study or international work experience.
• Experience working with international brands.
• Experience in branding or packaging design for consumer products such as stationery, lifestyle products, or smart home appliances.
• Experience taking packaging projects from concept through production.
• Knowledge of printing processes, packaging structures, and production materials.
• Winner or finalist of international awards such as Red Dot, iF, or Pentawards.
• Experience with AI-assisted creative tools such as Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, or ChatGPT.
• Basic industrial design knowledge is a plus.

Requirements

• Strong bilingual communication skills (Mandarin & English) are required. This role works closely with our China-based design team and manufacturing partners on a daily basis. Candidates should be fluent in spoken Mandarin for effective day-to-day communication. Written Chinese is not required, although it will be considered an advantage. Good English communication skills are also essential for emails, documentation, meetings, and collaboration with our Singapore team and international partners.
• Please submit your portfolio together with your resume. Applications without a portfolio will not be considered.
• Your portfolio should demonstrate your complete design process, including branding strategy, creative exploration, typography, packaging design, illustration, visual identity systems, and commercial execution—not just polished visuals.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign is required. Experience with Figma, After Effects, Blender, or similar tools is a plus.
• A solid understanding of branding, packaging, printing, and production processes from concept through final manufacturing.
• We offer a flexible remote working environment with no fixed office location. Designers are expected to provide their own computer and necessary working equipment while maintaining efficient remote collaboration.
• We highly value originality and intellectual property. All company documents, project materials, and design files must remain strictly confidential and must not be shared, distributed, or used outside the company without authorization.
• Strong time management skills, ownership, and the ability to manage projects independently while meeting deadlines.
