about the job

This is a high-visibility regional role designed for a strategic professional to act as the dedicated commercial lead for the Flavor business in South East Asia. Unlike typical sales roles, the focus here is on strategic account stewardship and development rather than cold-calling.

  • Lead sales activities for the Flavor business, driving growth within prestigious key accounts.
  • Manage high-potential, complex projects and overseeing the full sales cycle from opportunity identification to final deal closure.
  • Serve as a technical and commercial bridge, aligning the company's internal capabilities and technical resources with the business objectives of your customers.
  • In addition to relationship management, responsible for accurate sales forecasting and managing account receivables to ensure healthy business operations.

You will join a collaborative and technically-driven regional team that values independence and proactive leadership. The culture is built on internal alignment; you will work closely with colleagues across various business units to ensure seamless processes and compliance.

skills and experience required

  • Bachelor's degree in Food Science or a related technical discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years or more of proven experience developing key accounts within the food flavor or specialty ingredients sector.
  • A strong and demonstrable track record of driving sales growth and managing the full project lifecycle.
  • Exceptional negotiation, communication, and facilitation skills are essential for navigating regional key accounts.
  • Willingness to travel across South East Asia when necessary.
