Key Responsibilities

• Regional Sales Strategy: Develop and execute integrated sales strategies across Asia and Australia to drive revenue growth, optimize commercial inventory, and achieve business targets.
• Revenue & Commercial Management: Lead pricing, deal structuring, and negotiations for regional and global accounts, maximizing revenue potential and long-term client value.
• Digital Growth & Innovation: Drive TV, digital, and programmatic advertising sales through innovative commercial solutions, strategic partnerships, and data-driven insights.
• Business Development: Build strong relationships with key advertisers, media agencies, appointed market representatives, and global operating companies to expand regional and cross-market opportunities.
• Operational Excellence: Oversee Sales Planning, Client Services, and Advertising Operations to ensure efficient campaign execution, seamless delivery, and a high-quality client experience.
• Team Leadership: Lead and develop sales and operational teams, fostering collaboration, accountability, and strong commercial capabilities.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Digital, Marketing, Finance, and Operations to streamline processes, enhance value propositions, and improve business performance.
• Market Intelligence: Monitor industry trends, competitive developments, and emerging technologies to identify growth opportunities and strengthen the company's market position.

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of experience in advertising sales or media, including at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Strong understanding of the APAC broadcast, media, digital advertising, and ad-tech landscape.
• Proven track record in revenue generation, commercial negotiations, and regional or global account management.
• Experience in TV and digital advertising sales; programmatic advertising and Ad Operations experience is an advantage.
• Strong business development, analytical, presentation, and project management skills.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Strategic, commercially driven, and client-focused, with a passion for sports and entertainment.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills; knowledge of Asian languages is an advantage.
