We are seeking a Senior Collateral Management Analyst to join our Integrated Middle Office Solutions team. This role is ideal for professionals with experience in collateral management, derivatives operations, or middle office functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily collateral activities, including margin calculations, collateral processing, reconciliations, and dispute investigations.
• Monitor collateral exposures and ensure timely settlement of collateral calls.
• Investigate and resolve collateral disputes and operational exceptions.
• Prepare client reports, management information, and operational metrics.
• Support process improvements, automation initiatives, and workflow enhancements.
• Utilize tools such as Excel, Alteryx, and Power BI to improve reporting and operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with operational controls, procedures, and risk management standards.
• Collaborate with Operations, Risk, Technology, Product, and Relationship Management teams to deliver exceptional client service.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
• Around 3-7 years of experience in Collateral Management, Derivatives Operations, Middle Office, Securities Finance, or related areas.
• Solid understanding of collateral management, margin call processing, reconciliations, and dispute resolution.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with Alteryx and Power BI is a plus
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
