Job Summary
Lead and manage company operations to drive strategic growth, optimize supply chain efficiency, and mentor teams while reporting operational and financial performance to company directors.
Responsibilities
- Lead strategic planning and resource allocation to achieve business growth objectives
- Manage supply chain, procurement, and vendor relationships to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to support scalable business development
- Mentor and manage team members to meet and exceed performance targets
- Report operational and financial performance insights directly to company directors
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Business, Management, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of management experience, preferably in food resources or supply chain
- Proven leadership and strategic planning skills demonstrated through managing teams and business initiatives
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities applied to operational challenges
- Proficiency in English and Chinese to communicate effectively with diverse clients and stakeholders
