Job Responsibilities

• Support the Contracts Manager in handling contract administration for construction projects.
• Handle subcontractor matters including quotations, negotiations, claims and final accounts.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, QS, subcontractors and suppliers on contract-related matters.
• Maintain proper records for contracts, variations, claims and correspondence.
• Provide contract and commercial support to the project team.

Job Requirements

• Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Building or a related discipline.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in the construction industry.
• The final appointment and seniority level will be commensurate with the candidate’s relevant experience and overall suitability.
• Able to work independently and manage deliverables within tight deadlines.
