Job Responsibilities:
Support implementation of operational improvement programs across the plant
Lead initiatives to improve productivity and reduce operational inefficiencies
Work with engineering and maintenance teams to improve equipment performance
Identify operational issues and drive improvement projects to address them
Promote good workplace organization and visual management practices across production, warehouse and lab areas
Support safety initiatives and ensure improvement activities align with plant safety standards
Improve logistics and warehouse processes including material flow and storage practices
Conduct root cause analysis and support continuous improvement efforts
Guide and support teams in problem-solving and improvement activities
Monitor performance indicators and report progress to management
Perform other duties assigned by supervisor
Requirements:
Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field
2–4 years of experience in process improvement, operations, or manufacturing environment preferred
