Job Responsibilities:

• Manage material planning activities to support production requirements
• Execute MRP planning, forecast reviews, and supplier coordination activities
• Follow up on supplier deliveries and resolve material shortages promptly
• Handle supplier-related issues including returns, discrepancies, and quality matters
• Ensure data accuracy and proper maintenance of procurement and inventory records
• Monitor inventory levels and support inventory optimisation initiatives
• Liaise with suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth supply chain operations
• Support continuous improvement of purchasing and planning processes
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of purchasing or planning experience in manufacturing environment
• Good communication and coordination abilities
