Responsibilities:

• Provide project management support for internal and external audits, including IM on ICT&SS, Cybersecurity, and Third-Party Management-related audits.
• Support compliance with relevant policies, including IM on ICT&SS and Cybersecurity requirements.
• Support cybersecurity compliance and vulnerability management by reviewing VAPT reports, monitoring patching activities, conducting security assessments, reviewing user activity logs, maintaining audit documentation, and compiling quarterly Cybersecurity Scorecard reports
• Support the administration of the log management system.
• Support Disaster Recovery (DR) and Business Continuity Planning (BCP) activities
• Support ICT/Threat Risk Assessments (TRA).
• Maintain and update ICT risk assessments and risk registers and work with HTX Engineers to seek approval from the relevant authorities.
• Respond to Requests for Information (RFI) and polls from relevant staff authorities.
• Conduct monthly reviews of privileged and non-privileged user accounts
• Support the management and completion of waivers relating to IM on ICT&SS, Cybersecurity Act, circulars, and other relevant requirements
• Conduct regular log reviews and prepare monthly reports, meeting minutes, and supporting documentation.
• Maintain and update risk registers and relevant documentation.
• Support waiver applications through to completion and maintain the required documentation.
• Manage security-related emails, alerts, and completion status tracking

Requirements:

• Experience in ICT security compliance, audit coordination, and risk management, including cybersecurity assessments, TRA, and maintaining risk registers
• Knowledge of cybersecurity operations, including VAPT, vulnerability and patch management, privileged account reviews, log management, and security incident monitoring
• Strong documentation, reporting, and coordination skills to support DR/BCP activities, waiver applications, audit requirements, compliance reporting, and stakeholder communications
