Services Sales Manager
Salary: $4,500 - $5,500 + Car Allowance + Performance Bonus
Working Days: Mon to Fri, 8.30am to 5.30pm
Office Location: Ubi

Responsibilities
Sales Strategy & Execution

• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed targets for service solutions.
• Identify, target, and secure new business opportunities.
• Conduct market research to stay in formed on trends and competitor offerings, ensuring our service portfolio remains competitive and innovative.

Team Collaboration

• Collaborate with service sales colleagues, share best practices and support team development.
• Set personal objectives and monitor performance to drive continuous improvement.
• Foster a collaborative and motivated team environment that aligns with the company's goals and values.

Technical & Field Experience

• Apply mechanical/electronic knowledge and acquire product expertise to recommend suitable service solutions.
• Conduct site surveys and technical assessments, including workforce coordination and site planning.

Customer Relationship Management

• Build and maintain customer and key account relationships by understanding their security and access needs and recommending tailored service solutions.
• Follow up with customers, address concerns and maintain cstomer satisfaction.
• Develop relationships with key accounts within selected customer segments.

Collaboration & Coordination

• Work closely with product, service and other internal teams to communicate technical requirements and ensure smooth project execution from contract negotiation to service delivery.

Reporting & Analysis

• Track and analyse sales performance metrics, providing regular reports to senior management.
• Develop forecasts, budgets, and targets for service sales, ensuring alignment with company objectives.

Requirement

• Degree in Engineering, Business, Sales, Marketing or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in service sales within the industrial door, security, access control or related industries.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
• Willingness to travel as required.
