- To prepare shipping documentations including all documentations related to export activities.
- To coordinate with internal customer to ensure on time delivery to customers.
- To liaise with forwarders for collection.
- To attend enquiries and coordinate with relevant departments for feedback to customer.
- To perform any others ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Diploma Logistics management or its equivalent.
- Prefer 1-2 years of shipping experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Good communication skills with ability to interact with people of all levels.
- A good team player who possesses drive, resourceful, initiative and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Resourceful, adaptable, well-organised and meticulous.
- Proficient in MS office application.
- Frequent OT required,
5 days work week
