IDS Skincare is the product arm of IDS Clinic and The JYSK Group, one of Singapore's established names in medical aesthetics. Our range, built on NEULASTIN technology and clinically backed formulations, has a proven record in the open market. Before Covid our department store counter outsold global names by selling on visible before and after results rather than scent and feel. We are now giving this product business its own dedicated leadership to take it back into the market at scale.

THE ROLE

We are looking for someone to own the IDS Skincare product brand in the open market, outside the clinic. You will build the brand's visibility across Singapore and online, acquire new customers who are not existing clinic patients, and grow product revenue through retail, e-commerce, and new channels. You will report directly to the CEO and work alongside our existing marketing leadership, with a clear lane of your own. As the brand grows, you will build a dedicated team and prepare it for regional expansion.

WHAT YOU WILL OWN

• Brand visibility and demand generation for the IDS Skincare range as a standalone consumer brand, building on its therapeutic, results-led positioning.

• Out-of-clinic sales channels: retail and department store counters, pop-ups, spa and salon partnerships, corporate and B2B gifting, and new distribution.

• Online growth through jyx.shop and marketplaces (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop), with a clear focus on acquiring new customers beyond the existing base.

• Consumer campaigns, KOL and content, and deliberate above-the-line activity where it earns its place.

• Skincare-specific KPIs and budget, reported directly to the CEO.

•  The plan and readiness for regional market expansion as the business scales.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

•  Five to eight or more years marketing a beauty, skincare, personal care, or consumer wellness product brand, product side and not services.

•  A track record of building a product brand's visibility and revenue through retail and e-commerce.

• Hands-on experience with e-commerce storefronts and marketplaces such as Shopee, Lazada, or TikTok Shop.

• International or regional skincare marketing understanding, with genuine appetite to build a market rather than administer an established one.

• Singapore or Southeast Asia market experience required.

• Commercial and data-driven, comfortable owning a revenue and margin scorecard, not only running campaigns.

•  Able to translate clinical and results-based proof into consumer storytelling, and to direct creative and campaigns with in-house help and agencies.

•  A builder, comfortable with a green-field mandate inside an established company, and able to hold a clear lane alongside an existing team.

NICE TO HAVE

• An existing network of beauty KOLs, retail buyers, or marketplace account managers in Singapore and the region.

• Retail counter, department store, or medi-spa retail experience.

• Familiarity with skincare regulatory and claims requirements such as HSA cosmetic notification.
