About Us

Verz Design Pte Ltd is a leading web design agency in Singapore, specializing in creating stunning and effective online solutions for our clients. We’re looking for a creative and hands-on Social Media & Video Content Intern. If you enjoy creating social media content, keeping up with trends, writing engaging scripts, shooting videos and turning ideas into compelling short-form content, this role is for you.

You’ll work closely with our sales/marketing team to create content for platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn and other digital channels, while gaining practical experience in social media marketing, content production and paid advertising.

Responsibilities:

• Social Media Content: Ideate, create and publish engaging content across TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn and other social media platforms.
• Scripting: Develop creative concepts, hooks and short-form video scripts tailored to different audiences and platforms.
• Video Shooting: Assist in planning and shooting short-form videos, social media content, behind-the-scenes content and other marketing materials.
• Video Editing: Edit short-form videos, Reels and TikToks using tools such as CapCut, Figma, Canva or similar editing software.
• Social Media Ads: Assist in creating and managing social media advertisements, including content preparation, basic campaign setup and monitoring performance.
• Content Planning: Assist with content calendars, campaign ideas and social media planning.
• Trend Research: Monitor social media trends, viral formats, competitors and emerging content styles to identify opportunities for our brand.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor content and campaign performance and use insights to recommend improvements.
• Creative Collaboration: Work with the marketing and design teams to ensure content aligns with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
• Content Optimisation: Experiment with different hooks, formats, visuals and messaging to improve engagement and reach.

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
• Strong interest in social media, video content and digital marketing.
• Basic experience with video shooting and editing.
• Familiar with tools such as CapCut, Canva, Premiere Pro or similar software.
• Able to develop creative ideas and write simple, engaging scripts.
• Good understanding of current social media trends and what makes content engaging.
• Creative, proactive, detail-oriented and willing to experiment.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple content projects.

Internship Period:

• Sep 2026 - Nov/Dec 2026 or Sep 2026 - Feb 2027
• Minimum 3-month commitment
