• Manage the successful delivery of complex projects in a fast-paced, team environment. Including changes to project scope, project schedule, and project costs to keep the project plan accurate, updated, as defined

• Manage all phases of the implementation of FS-PM (Financial Services – Policy Management) and PM including project resources
• Lead engagements and deliver high quality services on time and budget
• Analyze functional integration requirements for core insurance platform with external and legacy systems
• Identify high-level risks on the projects, assumptions, and constraints. Implement approved actions and workarounds to minimize the impact of risks on the project
• Develop and maintain communication with key project stakeholders and decision makers
• Assist in business development initiatives and drive presales activities
• Promote and participate in sharing expertise, strengthening global's collective knowledge, and helping resolve our clients’ challenges
• Develop your knowledge and extend project experience in SAP’s newest and future solutions
• Help clients by consulting and providing exceptional solutions to their challenges
• Support in business operational topics (e.g. recruiting, presales, …)

Required skills & experience:

• Minimum 12 years of relevant SAP consulting and implementation experience on core modules like PM/PMQ & FS-PM.
• Bachelor’s degree or other equivalent experience
• Work experience in end-to-end implementation of insurance software
• Work experience on PM product engine and test automation tool PAW (Product analysis workbench)
• Work experience in Life Product (LP) module and test automation tool ATE (Actuarial test engine)
• Work experience in End-to-End management of Pre-Sales cycle
• Comprehensive understanding of the technology and how it affects clients' area of the business, trends associated with the technology, value propositions for clients
• First experience in managing client relationships
• Business and financial acumen along with strong analytical mindset, structured, problem-solving skills and time-management skills
• Manage multiple projects and teams at the same time

Nice to have

• Cross functional expertise with regards to integration with other SAP core modules like FS-CM or FS-ICM (Distribution management)
• Technical affinity for emerging technologies
• Certification in Insurance (preferably LOMA Certified)
