Software Engineer (C#) | Semiconductor Automation | Up to S$10,000

Location: Science Park II, Singapore

Job Responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain software applications for semiconductor testing equipment and automated systems.
• Develop equipment control, monitoring and testing applications using C#.
• Integrate software applications with equipment hardware, controllers and automation systems.
• Perform software debugging, system testing and troubleshooting of equipment-related issues.
• Collaborate with electrical, mechanical and R&D engineers on equipment development and integration.
• Analyse equipment operations and translate technical requirements into software solutions.
• Support equipment commissioning, performance optimisation and system improvements.
• Prepare software documentation, technical specifications and maintenance records.
• Provide technical support for equipment-related software issues.

Job Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
• Strong proficiency in C# programming is required.
• Experience in semiconductor equipment, industrial automation or equipment control software is required.
• Hands-on experience developing or supporting software integrated with physical equipment.
• Knowledge of C++ and SQL is an added advantage.
• Good understanding of equipment operations, hardware-software integration and automation systems.
