Position: Spare Parts Executive
- Working hours: 8am-5pm
- Working days: 5 Days (Mon-Fri)
- Locations: Lentor
- Salary: $2800 - $3500
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and issue spare parts quotations based on technical requirements.
- Process and coordinate spare parts orders, delivery schedules, and order tracking.
- Liaise with customers on parts availability, pricing, and lead time.
- Coordinate with suppliers and internal engineering/service teams on spare parts requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of quotations, orders, and inventory movement.
- Support spare parts identification and basic technical clarification with customers.
Requirements
- Diploma or equivalent in Engineering, Mechanical, Electrical, or related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in spare parts, technical sales support, or engineering coordination.
- Familiar with industrial equipment or machinery spare parts will be advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
