Job description

Responsibilities

·       Directand manage all shipyard steel fabrication, sub-assembly, and block erectionprocesses to ensure timely project delivery.

·       Developand implement efficient steel production schedules in line with overallobjectives

·       Ensureall steelworks comply with Class society standards, client specifications, andQA/QC requirements.

·       Optimizeresource allocation, including manpower, materials, and equipment, to maximizeproductivity and minimize wastage.

·       Workclosely with the HSE department to enforce strict safety protocols and fosterstrong culture on work sites

·       Manageand evaluate the performance of Steel Supervisors and sub-contractors’workforce

Requirements

·       Bachelor’sdegree or Diploma in Naval Architecture, Marine, or Mechanical Engineering.

·       Atleast 8-10 years working experience in a relevant shipyard management role.

·       Proficiencyin MS Office; familiarity with AutoCAD is an advantage.

·       Ableto work in Batam, Indonesia Full time
