Responsibilities
· Supervise daily steel fabrication and erectionactivities, ensuring work is carried out according to approved drawings andspecifications.
· Conduct daily toolbox talks and enforce all HSEpolicies on work sites.
· Distribute work assignments to foremen, fitters,and welders, monitoring daily progress against production targets.
· Coordinate with QA/QC inspectors for jointfit-up and weld visual inspections.
· Ensure dimensional accuracy/requirements areconstantly monitored
· Ensure proper housekeeping and equipmentupkeeping in the assigned work areas.
· Track daily manpower attendance and manageovertime requests.
Requirements
· Technical certificate or Diploma; weldinginspector certifications (e.g., CSWIP) is a plus.
· At least 5-8 years working experience as astructural/steel supervisor in a shipyard.
· Basic computer skills for daily reporting andemail communication.
· Able to work in Batam, Indonesia Full time
