Job Scope

• Coordinate strategic projects and initiatives, including resource allocation, project timelines and deliverables to ensure projects are completed on schedule.

• Provide secretariat and support for key meetings

• Coordinate meeting agendas, prepare meeting minutes, track action items and follow up with stakeholders on outstanding matters.

• Liaise with stakeholders across multiple institutions to coordinate information, meeting materials and follow-up actions.

• Conduct data analysis, research and reporting to support strategic planning and management decision-making.

• Maintain databases and ensure information is accurate and up to date for reporting purposes.

• Identify opportunities for process improvement and support the implementation of initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.

• Provide support for ad hoc strategic projects and assignments requiring cross-functional coordination.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Healthcare Management or a related discipline.

• Familiarity with data visualisation tools such as Power BI or Tableau would be an advantage
