Position: Technical Support Engineer
Responsibilities:
• Assist the sales team with technical support and pre-sales inquiries
• Provide technical support and solutions to customers
• Conduct product testing to better understand product features and performance
• Provide product training to internal staff and customers
• Handle after-sales technical support including troubleshooting and warranty claims
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s or above in Engineering or related fields
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Able to translate technical knowledge into practical solutions
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in related industry will be an advantage
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
