Working Hours: 5 days office hours
Job Scope:
- Conduct patient outreach and enrolment, ensuring eligible patients are accurately registered.
- Monitor patient responses via chatbot dashboards and follow up with non-responsive patients.
- Coordinate appointments, referrals, handovers and communication between patients and clinical teams.
- Maintain accurate patient databases, interaction records and documentation across IT systems.
- Analyse enrolment data, response rates and patient outcomes, prepare reports, and support audits and process improvements.
Job Requirements:
- Min. Diploma in Health Sciences or any relevant field.
- Min. some Customer service or healthcare experience
