Working days and hours:
- 5 days office hours
Job Description:
Recruitment
- Arrange interviews (physical & virtual) based on interviewers’ availability
- Coordinate/ facilitate the interview process on the day of interview, including photocopying and verifying of documents if applicable
- Conduct reference checks
- Send reject email to unsuccessful candidates
HR Administration
- Assist with the preparation and issuance of employment contracts, appointment letters, confirmation letters, and other HR-related correspondence.
Employee Engagement & Events
- Support in the planning and execution of staff engagement activities and HR events
- Coordinate event logistics, registrations, and communications
Support employee recognition and appreciation initiatives
Other Ad Hoc Duties
- Perform any other HR-related duties and administrative tasks as assigned by the supervisor
Job Requirements:
- Min Diploma in any field
- HR experience is advantageous but not compulsory
