Position Title: Temporary Officer, ACPED

Contract Duration: 12 months

Salary:

• Degree holder: $20.77 per hour
• Diploma holder: $13.64 per hour

Working Arrangement:

• 5-day work week (in-office)
• Monday to Thursday: 8.30am to 6.00pm
• Friday: 8.30am to 5.30pm

Job Description:

The successful candidate will assist in the administration and processing of healthcare practitioners’ applications and related regulatory functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with applications for Certificate of Competency by dental practitioners
• Attend to emails and telephone enquiries relating to healthcare practitioners’ Practising Certificate (PC) applications, Continuing Professional Education (CPE) claims, and related submissions
• Process PC applications and CPE claims from practitioners, as well as provider and event accreditations from event organisers
• Generate reports to monitor practitioners who have or have not renewed their Practising Certificates, and perform other ad-hoc reporting tasks
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisor
