Working Hour: 5.5 days office hours
Job Scope:
- Patient Registration: Greet walk-in and appointment patients, manage queues, and update personal particulars in the clinic system.
- Administrative Duties: Handle appointment scheduling, verify test orders, explain procedure instructions, and manage consent forms.
- Cashiering: Collect payments, issue receipts, and reconcile end-of-day transaction records.
- Basic Clinical Support: Collect basic measurements like weight, height, BMI, and vision screening under nurse or physician supervision.
- Operations Support: Manage clinic inventory, stationery supplies, and assist at community outreach events.
Job Requirements:
- Min. A level/ Diploma in any field
- Min. some healthcare intern/ experience preferred
- Able to start immediate/ within a short notice
