WORK SCHEDULE

5 days per week – 3 Weekdays & 2 Weekends

Weekdays: 10.00am – 7.00pm / 1.00pm – 10.00pm
Weekends: 9.00am – 6.00pm

JOB SCOPE

• Handle parent and customer enquiries over the phone.

• Provide information on programmes and assist with student registration.

• Direct potential leads to the sales team.

• Respond to customer feedback professionally and promptly.

REQUIREMENTS
